If you encounter issues with a transaction or service, please report the dispute promptly through Losify’s support channels.
Provide all relevant information, including communications and evidence, to assist with resolution.

2. Mediation Process

Losify facilitates communication between parties to reach an amicable agreement.
We do not impose rulings but encourage cooperation and good faith from all users.

3. Account Actions

Repeated disputes or bad-faith behavior may result in account suspension or permanent bans.

4. GDPR and Privacy

Dispute data is processed in accordance with GDPR requirements to ensure your privacy and rights.

5. Direct Contact Outside Losify (Strictly Prohibited)

All dispute communications and resolutions must occur within Losify’s platform.
Bypassing the platform to resolve disputes externally is forbidden and may incur penalties.
